IPU CET Application Form 2019 Dates and Procedure

IPU CET Application Form 2019 will be made available tentatively in the third week of February, 2019. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) will be releasing the form in online mode on the official website. Applicants are advised to glance over the eligibility criteria before starting to fill the form. Filling application form of IPU CET 2019 is a simple stepwise procedure. The last date to submit the form is in the first week of May, 2019. The admit card will be issued for only the registered aspirants.

Schedule for IPU CET Application Form 2019 will be declared by GGISPU. Interested candidates must be aware of every event related to IPU CET 2019. The conducting authority advises the applicant to check every update regularly on the official website. Some of the important dates related to application form are shown in the table below:

Procedure to fill IPU CET Application from 2019

 

In order to fill the application for of IPU CET 2019 the aspirant must follow the below-listed steps:

 

Step 1 – Selection of Examination Category

A list containing the category of examinations will be provided by GGISPU. Applicant must select B.Tech as their examination category from this list.

 

Step 2 – Filling of General Details

The candidate must fill the general details in the IPU CET 2019 application form. The form will include details such as name, date of birth, gender, category, parent’s name, address and communication details. Along with these details the applicant needs to upload scanned image of their photograph, signature and thumb impression. These scanned documents must be uploaded in the required dimensions given by the authority. The specifications are mentioned in the table below.

Step 3 – Filling of Qualification Details

The aspirant must provide information regarding their qualification which includes

• Passing year of class 10th and 12th

• Board from which candidate has qualified their 10th and 12th standard

• And, the percentage of class 10th and 12th respectively.

 

Step 4 – Declaration

• Applicants are required to fill the “Captcha”.

• Then they need to check the “I Agree” checkbox

• Click on “Submit” button.

• Now candidates need to confirm the submission

NOTE – No changes can be made by the candidate after the final submission.

 

Step 5 – Login id and Password Generation

The concerned authority will create a login id and password for the aspirant after submission of details. These credentials will be sent on the respective email address of the candidate and they are advised to note these credentials for future use.

 

Step 6 – Course Application

In this step, candidates have to select the course in which they desire to get admission. For selecting, the candidate must click on “Apply for Courses” tab. The section will also display details filled by the applicant previously. Once the applicant selects the desired course, he/she needs to select at least two exam centers from the list provided by the exam conducting body.

 

Step 7 – Payment of Fee

Aspirants need to pay an application fee of Rs. 1000. The payment can be done via online mode through Net banking or Credit/Debit card. Aspirants also need to pay an additional convenience fee which will be charged by the banks.

 

Step 8 – Course Registration and Form Generation

After the payment has been made, a transaction id will be generated along with the filled application form which comprises of details provided by the candidate. The authority requests to take a printout of it for future use.

 

Step 9 – Review the Registered Course Details

Candidate can check their course details for which they have applied by clicking on “Course Application” tab.

 

Applying for Multiple Courses

In order to apply for multiple courses, the candidate can log in into their respective account by entering the created login id and password. The application process will be similar to the one explained above.
